We're thrilled to celebrate our special day with you in beautiful Mérida, Mexico!
We first met in September 2017, when we both lived at West Dorm at Harvey Mudd College, Daphne as a freshman (first year), and Conner as a junior (third year).
Daphne was immediately charmed by Conner's energy. He cooked for the dorm, told riveting stories, and was always down for an adventure (though he now claims that cooking was a "phase", unfortunately for Daphne). Conner was drawn to Daphne's optimism, her care for others, and excitement for all that life had to offer. We quickly became friends, and started dating in October (our first date was a visit to the Scripps College pool). For most of the last 8 years, we've lived apart. Conner in SF, then Chicago. Daphne in Claremont, then SF, then London. After 6 years of long-distance, we finally moved in together in NYC, into our cozy East Village apartment. We are so excited to kick off this new chapter of our lives with our wedding, and to celebrate with our loved ones in beautiful Mérida!

The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30PM at Hacienda Sac Chich, followed by dinner and dancing.
Free day — explore on your own (scroll down for some suggestions) or join us for an optional excursion to Uxmal and a cenote.
Safe travels home!
The wedding will take place at the stunning Hacienda Sac Chich, in the jungle just outside Mérida, Mexico. This historic venue features beautiful architecture and lush surroundings.
Here are some recommendations in Mérida from the Hacienda owners. We also have codes for hotel discounts!
If you're up for it, we're planning an optional excursion (field trip!) the day after the wedding. We'll be covering transportation. If you're interested please let us know in the RSVP form! Here are the details:
There's so much to do around Mérida! Here are some other ideas if you want to explore on your own:
US, UK, and Hong Kong citizens don't need a visa for tourist stays in Mexico (up to 180 days). Just bring a valid passport.
Mérida International Airport (MID) is the closest, about 30-45 minutes from downtown Mérida. You could also fly into Cancun (CUN), though that will be another 3-4 hours by car.
Yes! Mérida is known as one of Mexico's safest cities. The U.S. State Department rates Yucatan as Level 1 ("Exercise Normal Precautions").
We'll provide transportation to/from the wedding for guests staying in Mérida. For Saturday excursions, consider renting a car — Uber works in Mérida but not near the Hacienda.
April is warm and dry — highs around 90°F (32°C), lows near 70°F (21°C). Pack light layers and sunscreen.
Not black tie, but dress sharp. Think cocktail attire / spring colours. Some ideas here!
Wear what makes you comfortable. If that means dressing up, great! If that means wearing flip flops, that's fine too (but make sure your toes look nice).
Only if they're explicitly named on your invitation. Check with us if you're unsure!
